Free for mechanics — no credit card

Your jobs, your parts, your record of the work.

FleetMan gives mechanics a portal of their own: track the stock in your workshop, work through job queues from every fleet you service, and log the parts, labour and photos behind each repair — without paying for any of it.

What it costs

Free, and not the kind that runs out

The fleets you work for pay for FleetMan. You don't. There is no trial to expire, no card to enter, and no cut taken from the jobs you complete.

No subscription

Your account, your work orders and your inventory stay free for as long as you use them.

Work for many fleets

One login covers every organisation you service. Request access, and their jobs join your queue once approved.

Your stock stays yours

Inventory belongs to you, not to a fleet — it is private to you across every workshop you serve, and it travels with you.

Know what's on the shelf before you start the job

Most fleet software tracks the fleet's parts. This tracks yours — the stock in your workshop, priced how you bought it, counted where you keep it.

Parts stock that reconciles itself

One count, kept honest by the jobs you do

Fitting a part on a work order takes it off your shelf in the same action — no second place to remember to update. Every movement leaves a row you can read back, so when the count looks wrong you can see exactly where it went.

  • Stock levels in your own unit of measure — each, litre, set, pair
  • Reorder thresholds, with anything at or below flagged Low
  • Draw a part straight onto a work order and stock comes off automatically
  • Remove the line before you bill and the part goes back on the shelf
  • Every movement recorded: restock, used, returned, stocktake correction
  • Full history per part, naming the job and the vehicle it went to
  • Record what you paid on a restock and see what your stock is worth
  • Retire a part you no longer carry without losing its history

The portal

Everything else the job needs

Work orders carry the parts, the labour and the photographs, then wait for the fleet's sign-off — so the record of what you did is the same record they approve.

Getting started

Three steps, none of them a sales call

You can create the account and set up your inventory before a single fleet has invited you.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Name, email, password. No card, and nothing to cancel later.

  2. 02

    Accept a fleet's invitation

A fleet invites you from their portal and you accept or decline. Hold as many at once as you like — your account, and your stock, are shared by none of them.

  3. 03

Work the job, send it back

Their vehicles arrive in your queue. Log the parts and labour, draw stock from your own shelf, then submit — the fleet reviews and approves it on their side.

Set up your workshop in a few minutes.

Create the account, add the parts you carry, and be ready before the first job arrives.
